Talent Acquisition Advisor
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Director, Talent and Culture Management, the incumbent’s role will be to fill the various positions within the Montoni Group, with responsibility for attracting, selecting and welcoming the best talent and overseeing the entire staffing cycle. As an ambassador of MONTONI’s employer brand, the Talent Acquisition Advisor will actively contribute to the company’s visibility during employment events and on various promotional platforms.
The Talent Acquisition Advisor will ensure that we provide the best candidate experience, while selecting the right people to support our growth and maintain the foundation of our corporate culture of diversity and inclusion. He/she will also work on development projects and initiatives related to our talent management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Significant experience in recruitment.
- Academic background in human resources management, human relations, administration or their equivalent.
- Good oral and written communication skills in both English and French.
- Good command of IT tools (recruitment, Office suite, etc.).
APTITUDES
- Excellent command of best practices in talent attraction, selection, onboarding and integration.
- Ability to stand out from the crowd and skill in building candidate networks.
- In-depth knowledge of social networks.
- Comfortable in a construction project management environment and an interest in our trades and employees
- Known for the quality of interpersonal relationships with colleagues and immediate supervisors and enjoy being out in the field.
- Methodical, able to take an idea and turn it into action, organized and always focused on doing things better.
- Integrity, rigour and resourcefulness.
