PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Le 495 is currently looking for a resident caretaker for its rental building presently under construction, to be delivered next June. Are you a versatile, dynamic, organized and bilingual person who wants to live in a pleasant environment? You are the person we need!

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain the premises
• Clean entrances and common areas
• Clean the work environment
• Do minor repairs in the units and common areas
• Maintain the interior courtyard
• Show units to prospective tenants and collect rent
• Be available to respond to emergencies
• Provide a high level of customer service
• Greet visitors
