HISTORY

Founded in 1995 by Dario Montoni Eng. , Le Groupe Montoni Division Construction Inc. entered the industrial and commercial development and construction industry with a 42,000 square-foot project in the City of Blainville, Quebec .

Soon after, MONTONI broke into the Laval and Montreal markets with contracts for private single-tenant industrial projects. In 1998, the first of five private industrial developments in Laval was inaugurated; Le Centre Corporatif de Laval, Phases I, II, III, IV, and V will total nearly 10M square feet of developed land along Autoroutes 13 and 15 once completed.

MONTONI is currently active in large-scale industrial development projects in the cities of Terrebonne, Laval , and Montreal. It completed its first LEED-accredited project in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu in 2006.

MONTONI was recognized as one of Canada's 50 Best Managed Companies in 2001 and 2004, having re-qualified in the intermittent years, and a part of the Platinum Club Member since 2007. MONTONI celebrated its 10th Anniversary in 2005.
